- Well, most of you know the story, but I'm still recovering from the moment I broke my knee last year. I want to use this blog to share not only what is going on in my life, but also my progress in improving my overall strength and conditioning. Above it all, I learned one huge lesson last year: Be thankful for what you have because you never know when things just might change... for better or worse. And this year? It will change for the better! I just know it!
